ACFO has received notice that our pay equity complaint has been transferred from the Canadian Human Rights Commission to the Public Service Labour Relations Board (PSLRB). This is in line with procedures set forth in the Public Service Equitable Compensation Act, which passed with the federal budget and received Royal Assent on March 12.
